Cancel an Order

To cancel an audio tour purchased directly from this website, email lucieosullivan@gmail.com with your order reference and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. Customers generally have 14 days from the date of purchase. See the Terms and Conditions for the full policy and your statutory rights.

You may copy the following form into your email. Using this form is optional; an unambiguous cancellation request is sufficient. No online form is submitted from this page.

Please do not include card numbers, passwords or your full voucher code in an initial cancellation request.

Where a cancellation refund is due, it will be made without undue delay and within the applicable legal deadline, normally no later than 14 days after we receive the cancellation request, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. No refund administration fee will be charged.
