1. Purchasing a Tour

Tours purchased through this website are sold directly by Lucie O’Sullivan. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Once payment is complete, you will receive a VoiceMap voucher code and instructions on how to access your tour.

2. Accessing Your Tour

You will need a compatible smartphone and the VoiceMap app. We recommend downloading your tour before setting off, ensuring your phone is fully charged and bringing headphones. Please follow the instructions provided and begin at the designated starting point.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Customers generally have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel their order by emailing lucieosullivan@gmail.com with their order number and cancellation request. This right may end earlier if customers expressly consent to immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that they will lose their cancellation right once supply begins, where permitted by law.

If a voucher code fails or the tour cannot be accessed, customers should contact us for assistance. If the issue cannot be resolved, an appropriate remedy, including a refund where required by law, will be provided.

Any refund due will be processed within the timeframe required by law.

You can use our cancellation form, but you do not have to use it. A clear email saying that you wish to cancel is sufficient. This checkout does not collect a waiver of your cancellation rights.

4. Technical Support

For general help with voucher codes, accessing your tour or general enquiries, please contact us at lucieosullivan@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours. For technical issues with the VoiceMap app or audio playback, you may also contact VoiceMap directly at support@voicemap.me.

5. Safety

Our tours are self-guided experiences. You are responsible for your own safety and should remain aware of your surroundings, follow local traffic rules and take care when navigating routes. Do not allow your phone or headphones to distract you from hazards. Routes and local conditions may change, so please use your own judgement.

6. Tour Content and Intellectual Property

Our original tour scripts, audio and content remain the intellectual property of Lucie O’Sullivan or their respective owners. Content must not be copied, reproduced or redistributed without permission. We endeavour to keep tour information accurate, but directions, access arrangements and local conditions may change.

7. Third-Party Services

Our tours are delivered through the VoiceMap platform and are subject to its app requirements and technical availability. Customers using the VoiceMap app are also subject to VoiceMap’s applicable terms and conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights against us.
